Chapter one · The unused thing
We connect people who have extra things with people nearby who need them.
No cash. No middlemen. Just real things reaching real people.
Know moreCauseKind is a free platform in India where donors give useful items — books, clothes, furniture, electronics and more — directly to verified people and NGOs near them.
Items go straight from the donor to the person who asked.
Receivers are verified; each handover is confirmed with a one-time code.
Needs meet donors nearby, so items travel a short way.
CauseKind helps you give useful things to people and NGOs near you who need them. We check who you're giving to.
Give books, clothes, furniture, electronics and more. CauseKind is free to use. You give items directly to the person or NGO.

Recently, I donated my old school bags and a few of my dresses. I realized that keeping them unused in the cupboard might ruin them over time, so it's much better to give them to someone who can use them. It feels so wonderful to be a part of someone's little happiness! ✨💖 Thanks to the CauseKind Team 👍🏻
CauseKind is doing a wonderful job of connecting people who want to help with those who genuinely need support. I love the idea of donating items we no longer need to people who can put them to good use. It's a beautiful way to spread kindness, reduce waste, and make a positive difference in the community ✨
We often worry whether our donations actually reach those in need❤️. Cause kind ensures that every donation reaches the right people and place.✨ It feels great to donate with confidence and kindness!
I recently donated through CauseKind and was really impressed with how easy the whole process was. Everything was straightforward, and I felt confident that my contribution was going to a good cause. What stood out to me was the work they do and the genuine impact they're making. It's great to see an organization that is focused on helping people and making a real difference. I'm glad I came across CauseKind and would be happy to support them again in the future.

My name is Sankhadip Das, and I am from West Bengal, India. I have recently completed my Diploma in Computer Science and Technology. I am currently searching for a job and working hard to build my career in the IT field. Unfortunately, due to my family's financial situation, I cannot afford to buy a laptop. My father passed away, and my mother depends on us. A laptop would make a huge difference in my life by allowing me to: Learn programming and improve my technical skills. Apply for jobs and attend online interviews. Complete online courses and build projects to improve my employability. I am committed to working hard and making the best use of any device I receive. If your organization has a refurbished laptop donation program and I am eligible, I would be deeply grateful for your consideration. I am happy to provide any documents you require, such as my diploma certificate, identity proof, or proof of financial need. Thank you very much for your time, kindness, and the work you do to help students and young people. I sincerely hope you will consider my request. Kind regards, Sankhadip Das West Bengal, India
I am a Class 12 pass student from Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Due to my family's financial difficulties, I am unable to afford a laptop.. Having a laptop would help me apply for jobs and internships, learn professional skills such as graphic design and digital marketing, and pursue online work and for my education also. Especially I need it for online jobs because all are saying it is mandatory. I would be extremely grateful if you could consider my request.
